Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Items that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or are missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return, please email contactsoftlightssupply@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Original shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos or videos showing the issue.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.
Incorrect Orders
If you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
